Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and Skypulse Solutions IFSC Sign MoU for 30-Helicopter Indian Civil Helicopter Leasing Ecosystem

• Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) and Skypulse Solutions IFSC Private Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to build an integrated ecosystem for Indian helicopter leasing and indigenous civil aviation growth.
• The MoU centres on a planned ecosystem involving 30 Indian-manufactured civil helicopters to be accessed through structured leasing solutions.
• Skypulse Solutions IFSC is developing its aviation leasing platform from GIFT City IFSC, India's international financial services hub, to connect helicopter manufacturing with leasing, financing, operators, deployment and asset management.
• The initiative aims to reduce India's conventional reliance on American and European helicopter manufacturers and support applications including regional connectivity, tourism, emergency medical services, corporate travel and offshore operations.
