  • The Sanchar Saathi portal, developed by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and launched in May 2023, has recorded more than 30 crore visits.
  • Over 60.96 lakh lost or stolen mobile handsets have been blocked, 37.85 lakh traced and more than 14 lakh recovered through the portal.
  • More than 4 crore citizen requests to check and report mobile connections issued in their name have been resolved.
