• The platform is fed by more than 1,500 reporters, correspondents and stringers, supported by 60 dedicated editorial desks.
• Akashvani operates 46 Regional News Units with 607 daily bulletins in 92 languages and dialects, while Doordarshan has 31 Regional News Units and over 145 bulletins in more than 22 languages and dialects.
• Content undergoes multiple editorial checks with safeguards against fake, morphed or manipulated material, and is timestamped, datelined and captioned.
• PBSHABD content carries no Prasar Bharati logo and requires no credit line, allowing outlets to publish it under their own mastheads.
• Until 2024, the Prasar Bharati News Service mainly supplied the broadcaster's own editorial teams before PBSHABD opened the capacity to registered external outlets.
