Indo-Russia Innopraktika Technology Hub Signs Four Agreements at Innoprom India 2026 to Deepen India-Russia Technology Ties

• The Indo-Russia 'Innopraktika' Technology Hub, represented by CEO and Executive Director Debjit Chakraborty, signed four strategic Memoranda of Understanding at Innoprom India 2026 covering artificial intelligence in healthcare, advanced electronics manufacturing, cross-border investment facilitation, and a new India-Russia Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence.
• The India-Russia Centre of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity will be established with the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the RUSSOFT Software Developers Association, hosted through the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization 'Gorky Tech'.
• The Centre of Excellence will focus on incubating MSMEs from both countries, operate under the India-Russia Sovereign AI & Technology Trust Framework with an 'AI Sandbox' process, and engage academic institutions including IIT Gandhinagar for student and faculty exchange.
• The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), Russia's sovereign wealth fund established in 2011, signed a cooperation agreement with India's Panorama Electronics Pvt Ltd and the Innopraktika Technology Hub to promote Russian high-technology companies in India and Indian companies entering Russia; RDIF has implemented more than 100 joint projects with foreign partners totaling over 2.4 trillion Rubles.
• Priority areas of the RDIF-Panorama-Innopraktika agreement include artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, data analytics, medical technologies, cybersecurity, digital and IT infrastructure, industrial digitalization and smart infrastructure.
• The Innopraktika Technology Hub and Joint-Stock Company 'NEX-T' (NexTouch), represented by Alexey Rogatnev, expressed intent to establish a joint venture in India to promote and sell NexTouch-branded equipment and compete for government and institutional projects.
• The Innopraktika Technology Hub signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with SberMedAI LLC, represented by General Director Viktor Aleksandrovich Ushakov, to explore how artificial intelligence and information technology can transform healthcare delivery from diagnostics to clinical decision-making.
