India Mobile Congress 2026 Unveils Viksit Tech 47 Platform to Promote Indian Tech Brands

• The India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2026 launched the 'Viksit Tech 47' platform to support Indian technology firms and leaders in building global brands, aligned with the Viksit Bharat vision for 2047.
• The initiative will be integrated into the 10th edition of IMC, scheduled from October 7 to October 10, 2026, at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in New Delhi.
• Techarc, a technology analytics, research, and consulting firm, is the research partner, and a major report evaluating over 200 Indian technology companies will be published during IMC 2026.
• The platform covers sectors including consumer devices, wearables, audio and video surveillance, connected mobility, smart homes and IoT, components and manufacturing, artificial intelligence, deep tech, and SaaS platforms.
• 'Viksit Tech 47' includes the Dr Zarabi Indigenisation Award for Startups, recognising startups engaged in design, engineering, and manufacturing of hardware previously reliant on imports.
• IMC 2026, organised by the Department of Telecommunications with the Cellular Operators Association of India, is expected to draw over 150,000 attendees, more than 300 exhibitors from over 100 countries, and showcase over 1,500 technology applications.
